Welcome to Spirits Travel, a travel agency specialized in organizing customized travel experiences and tailor-made tour packages. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before making any booking.
These Terms govern the use of our website, booking procedures, contractual conditions, and the reciprocal rights and obligations between the user (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and Spirits Travel (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”). By making a booking, the Client confirms full acceptance of these Terms on their own behalf and on behalf of all participants included in the reservation.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By submitting a booking request through our website, email, or telephone, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The contract becomes legally binding only upon written confirmation issued by the Agency and receipt of the required payment.
2. Booking Procedure
The booking process consists of the following stages:
1. Initial Request
The Client submits a request including destination, travel dates, number of participants, and personal preferences.
2. Customized Proposal
A dedicated travel consultant contacts the Client to prepare a personalized itinerary based on the agreed requirements.
3. Confirmation and Payment
Once the itinerary is approved, the Agency sends a written confirmation including travel details, payment terms, and required documentation.
The booking is confirmed only after payment is received.
3. Client Obligations
The Client is responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete personal and travel information;

Verifying the correctness of names, dates, and documents;

Ensuring compliance with passport, visa, health, and entry requirements;

Informing the Agency promptly of any changes or special requests.
4. Agency Responsibilities
Spirits Travel commits to:

Acting with professionalism, diligence, and transparency;

Cooperating with licensed and reliable service providers;

Informing the Client of any changes due to force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
5. Privacy Policy
All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

6. Customer Support and Communication
Spirits Travel provides assistance before, during, and after travel.
All official communications must take place through the contact channels published on the official website.
7. Payment Policy
Deposit Requirements

Standard period: 25% of the total package price

High season and public holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter): 50%

Final Balance

Credit card: no later than 2 days before arrival

Bank transfer: no later than 30 days before arrival

8. Credit Card Payments and Security
For credit card payments, additional verification or documentation may be requested in accordance with payment service provider security and compliance requirements.
9. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:

Receipt of the required deposit;

Approval of the final itinerary;

Written confirmation issued by Spirits Travel.
10. Cancellation Policy
Ordinary Period

61+ days before arrival: 10%
-
60–31 days: 25%
-
30–15 days: 50%
-
14–1 days or no-show: 100%
Holiday Periods

61+ days: 25%
-
60–31 days: 50%
-
30–15 days: 75%
-
14–1 days or no-show: 100%
Groups, Customized Tours, and Charters
Special cancellation conditions may apply.
Airline penalties and fare rules apply independently of the above conditions.
11. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method and net of any non-refundable banking and payment processing fees.
No refunds are granted for no-shows or unused services.
12. Booking Modifications
Any modification request is subject to availability and may result in additional costs or revised conditions.
13. Flights
Domestic Flights
Economy class unless otherwise stated.
International Flights
The Agency may assist with flight arrangements; however, airlines remain solely responsible for flight operations, schedules, and changes.
14. Force Majeure
In extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the Agency, payments may be converted into travel credits, vouchers, or alternative arrangements, subject to supplier policies and applicable regulations.
15. Installment Payments
Installment payment arrangements, if any, are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
Such payments are not automatic or recurring and are subject to specific written agreement.
16. Special Requests
All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
17. Children Policy
Accommodation

0–1.99 years: Free

2–5.99 years: 25%

6–11.99 years: 50%

12 years and above: Adult rate
Excursions

Under 6 years: Free

6–11.99 years: 50%

12 years and above: Adult rate
18. Use of Client Images
Images shared voluntarily by Clients may be used for promotional purposes unless the Client objects in writing.
19. Tips
Tips are appreciated but not mandatory.
20. Complaints
Any complaint must be:

Reported immediately on-site when possible;
-
Communicated to Customer Support;
-
Submitted in writing within 7 working days after return.
21. Contract Validity
The contract becomes legally binding upon written confirmation and receipt of payment.
22. General Clauses
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Agency and supersede any prior communications.
23. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
24. Chargebacks and Disputes
The Client agrees to contact Spirits Travel directly to attempt to resolve any issue or complaint before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with the card issuer or payment service provider.
25. Official Assistance
Clients may contact Customer Support exclusively through the official channels listed on the Spirits Travel website.
