Terms and Conditions – Spirits Travel
Welcome to Spirits Travel, a portal specialized in organizing customized travel experiences and tour packages. We invite you to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before proceeding with any booking.
These Terms govern the use of the website, booking procedures, contractual conditions, and the reciprocal rights and obligations between the user (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and Spirits Travel (hereinafter referred to as the “Agency”). By making a booking, the Client accepts these Terms in full, also on behalf of all participants included in the same reservation.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By submitting a booking request through our website, by email, or by telephone, the Client declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The contract becomes binding upon receipt of written confirmation from the Agency.
2. Booking Procedure
The booking process consists of three stages:
1. Initial Request
The Client submits a request specifying destination, travel dates, number of participants, and personal preferences.
2. Customized Proposal
A dedicated travel consultant will contact the Client to design a tailor-made itinerary. All travel details will be agreed upon to ensure a personalized experience.
3. Confirmation and Payment
After approval of the itinerary, the Agency will send a confirmation email including travel details, payment methods, and any required documentation. The booking becomes final only upon receipt of payment.
3. Client Obligations
The Client is responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information;

Verifying the correctness of all personal and travel data;

Ensuring compliance with passport, visa, and health requirements;

Promptly informing the Agency of any changes or special requests.
4. Agency Responsibilities
Spirits Travel undertakes to:

Act with professionalism and transparency;

Cooperate with reliable suppliers;

Inform the Client of any changes due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances.
5. Privacy Policy
All personal data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Customer Support and Communication
Spirits Travel provides continuous assistance before, during, and after travel. All official communications must occur via the contact details listed on the website.
7. Payment Policy
Deposit

Standard: 25% of total package price

High season / holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter): 50%
Payment methods:

Credit card (authorization required)

Bank transfer
Final Balance

Credit card: no later than 2 days before arrival

Bank transfer: no later than 30 days before arrival

Cash: upon arrival if previously agreed
8. Credit Card Payments and Security
Clients paying by credit card must complete and sign a payment authorization form. The Agency may request additional documents to verify identity and transaction legitimacy.
9. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after:

Receipt of the deposit;

Itinerary approval;

Official written confirmation by Spirits Travel.
10. Cancellation Policy
Ordinary Period

61+ days: 10% penalty
-
60–31 days: 25%
-
30–15 days: 50%
-
14–1 days: 100%
Holiday Periods
-
61+ days: 25%
-
60–31 days: 50%
-
30–15 days: 75%
-
14–1 days: 100%
Groups, Customized Tours, Charters
Special conditions apply.
Airline penalties apply independently.
A 5% bank fee applies to refunds.
11. Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. No refunds for no-shows. Processing fees apply.
12. Booking Modifications
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
13. Flights
Domestic Flights
Economy class unless stated otherwise.
International Flights
Agency assists but airlines remain responsible for operations.
14. Force Majeure
In extraordinary circumstances, payments will be converted into travel credits or vouchers.
15. Monthly Installment Payments
Two options:

Monthly installments with final payment upon arrival

Full amount prepaid in monthly installments
16. Special Requests
Requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
17. Children Policy
With Accommodation

0–1.99 years: Free

2–5.99 years: 25%
-
6–11.99 years: 50%
-
12+: Adult rate
Excursions
-
Under 6: Free
-
6–11.99: 50%
-
12+: Adult rate
18. Use of Client Images
Images shared voluntarily may be used for promotional purposes unless the Client objects in writing.
19. Tips
Tips are appreciated but not mandatory.
20. Complaints
Must be reported:

Immediately on site;
-
Then to Customer Care;
-
In writing within 7 working days after return.
21. Contract Validity
The contract becomes binding upon written confirmation and payment.
22. General Clauses
Only this document governs the contractual relationship.
23. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Egyptian law. Exclusive jurisdiction: Cairo courts.
24. Official Assistance
Clients may contact Customer Support via the official website channels.
